See What’s Inside
There’s not much to see. And that’s a good thing. Your CBD doesn’t need much. Element Apothec’s products are vegan and made with non-toxic ingredients. Always.
The tincture’s bread and butter. Just 1,500mg of broad-spectrum CBD + 150mg of CBG. Research shows the endocannabinoid system to be a vital part of our daily biological processes; supporting a healthy mood, mind, and body.
CBD needs a carrier oil to fully absorb in our body. That’s where coconut-derived MCT oil comes in. Plus, it’s rich in omega fatty acids to support brain and heart health.
Studies show turmeric is a helpful anti-inflamitory and anti-oxidant. It has also been shown to lift mood.
How to Use a CBD Tincture
Shake the CBD + CBG Tincture bottle well before using. Take up to one dropper full (1 ml) daily or as directed. Place the tincture under your tongue and hold for 30-60 seconds. Then swallow. Waiting to swallow helps absorption.
If you are new to CBD, start with a ¼ dropper and monitor how you feel. After one to three weeks, gradually increase to find the best dose for you. Lessen your dose immediately if you notice undesirable side-effects like feeling sleepy. Too much CBD won’t harm you, just take a smaller amount next time.
