Shake the Tincture bottle well before using. Using the dropper,  place the tincture under your tongue and hold for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Waiting to swallow helps absorption.

If you are new to CBD, start with a ¼ dropper. If after 2-3 days of trying ¼ dropper daily, take ½ dropper for 2-3 days and monitor how you feel. You can take up to ¾ or one dropper full (1 ml) daily. If you are not new to CBD, start with ½ or ¾ dropper.
