  • MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA, ND. DC, MS student or recent graduate 
  • 1-2 years demonstrated leadership experience
  • Self-driven, upbeat, and enthusiastic!
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with an interest in growth opportunities
  • Expert at networking and the art of follow up
  • Ability to hit the ground running with executive guidance 
  • Thrive in both a collaborative work environment and independently
  • Organized and able to manage many accounts and projects at once
  • Interest in the health & wellness and/or CBD industries
  • 1-2 years sales experience (preferred)


  • Leverage current connections and forge new relationships with medical professionals (including but not limited to MD, DO, NP, PA, ND, DC, and LAc / DAOM) in respective region
  • Research, strategize, and develop pharmaceutical sales database and plan 
  • Communicate confidently both digitally / virtually and in-person with medical personnel
  • Be familiar and a quick learner with online / integrated platforms (eg. CRM, Monday, Slack)
  • Not ‘9 to 5’ employee, but willing to devote the time needed to establish Element Apothec as innovative, clean, and trustworthy CBD CPG and education brand for everyone
  • Participate in company-wide professional development activities including but not limited to workshops, webinars, shadowing, resume review, and networking (optional)
